Founder’s Father Has Transitioned to Heaven at age 90

It is with heavy hearts, yet exceeding rejoicing, that we, the ministry team of Empowering Everyday Women, announce the passing of Bishop Joseph Brinson Sr., beloved father of our founder, Dianna Hobbs.
Bishop Brinson went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday morning, July 2, 2025. He was 90 years old.
A devoted servant of Christ, Bishop Brinson dedicated his life to ministry, faithfully sharing the Gospel and demonstrating God’s love through compassion and purpose. His legacy lives on in the countless souls he touched and the many lives he impacted for the Kingdom.
As Mrs. Hobbs grieves this profound loss, she is comforted by the powerful truth of 2 Corinthians 5:8 (CEV): “We should be cheerful, because we would rather leave these bodies and be at home with the Lord.”
